The NBTA Foundation’s Managed Travel Index® & Benchmarking Tool puts the power of peer-to-peer and industry comparisons at your fingertips.  This online tool for travel professionals is designed to provide several important benchmarking components, including:

Managed Travel Index^® (MTI^®) – allows you to compare your managed program against others in your like industry, travel volume and/or geography.

Benchmarking Tool – provides onboard fare and performance information for specific airlines and city-pairs that you select, as well as hotel room and occupancy rates across city and regional markets. You can also benchmark against your NBTA peers on your top 10 routes, hotels around the world and car rental rates.

Travel Risk Management (TRM3) – allows you to conduct a self assessment that can help you determine your current maturity level and help you identify where you should focus your time and resources to move your program to the next level.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – provides an opportunity to determine where your travel program rates on a maturity scale. You can benchmark against other NBTA members and identify areas for improvement.
